Falkirk Council buildings under discussion

The future of Falkirk Council buildings in Bo’ness is up for discussion at a meeting of Bo’ness Community Council this week.

The Town Hall and Bo’ness Recreation Centre are two of the properties facing a community asset transfer - or closure - in the next few years.

Falkirk Council has agreed to start a public consultation on the future of more than 100 properties.

Bo’ness Community Council will discuss the issue at its regular meeting this Wednesday, December 14. The meeting will be held upstairs in the small meeting room at Bo’ness Library, starting at 7 p.m. Any member of the public is welcome to attend.
